Various documentary, short film and performance projects
followed, and in 2000 we produced our second feature-length
film, The Bad Thing, directed by Michael Hull.
Our most recent U.S. collaboration – with Tangent
Films/New York – was the short film The
Local, written and directed by
Michael Rhodes and featuring Greg
Skura.

Images Of Umbria, released in
2006/2007, is the first in a series of documentaries on
the regions of Italy. Three additional projects are
currently in pre-production:
Images Of Lazio,
Images of Marche and Return To
Umbria.

A Fighter’s Life New York in
the 1980’s. Set against the backdrop of the Reagan era,
a simple, character-driven tale of Frankie DiVicenza, a
professional boxer from Brooklyn whose life and career
are going nowhere until he meets Amy, a beautiful
Asian-American dancer. This is the story of their
relationship and the profound effect they have on each
other’s lives.
Under My Skin Set to Frank
Sinatra’s music of the fifties and sixties, a stylish
New York story of a young, successful television
executive who becomes involved with a beautiful,
psychologically disturbed woman. What begins as a
distant, erotic relationship quickly evolves into
something tender, volatile and enlightening.
The Bad Thing New York’s
Little Italy. A big deal going down, a brother in
turmoil, a good thing about to go bad. A realistic,
urban tale of a prodigal son, Tony Galioto, and his
brother, Nick. With a once-solid relationship already
disintegrating, their love for the same woman and
Tony’s
mafioso alliance pushes
them to the breaking point. A story of redemption and
family love, told inside out.
Screenwriter’s Blues
What if the
Super Bowl was fixed? And if you wrote a screenplay
about it, would that be enough to get you killed? When
Elizabeth Romano arrives in Los Angeles to find her
missing brother, the search becomes much more dangerous
than she could have ever imagined.
L’agrodolce Vita (The Bittersweet
Life) You’re forty
years-old, you live alone in New York City and you’re
starting to feel like a character in a Woody Allen film.
Your life is a train wreck, your career as a filmmaker
has derailed, and the dating scene is like a bad concept
film. Then she walks into your life…and the real trouble
begins.
After The Flood The human
fall-out from September 11, five years later. A New York
veterinarian, prominent in his field and a champion of
animal rights, remains in a state of unshakeable
depression after losing his wife in the Twin Towers.
Abandoning his practice, he travels to a small village
in Italy, hoping to rekindle his passion for
life.
